Each subscription period includes 1,000 AI-assisted conversations and 200 company-assistant preparation and maintenance tasks; unused allowances do not roll over, and there are no automatic overage charges. Billing and Checkout show your trial eligibility, first-charge date and amount due before authorization. Monthly renewal follows the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

No—giving Jifi access to sources or saving a draft does not publish the content. An owner or administrator must review and publish public article changes; private agent guidance needs separate review and enabling, while staff-only content is excluded from customer AI.

Yes—test chat uses a snapshot of saved public articles and eligible private guidance, excluding staff-only content. Save your changes and start a test from the editor or an authenticated saved preview; restart the test to include later edits. Testing does not publish articles or activate private guidance.

Staff replies stay in the chat, so save your private return link to come back to the conversation. Email copies require both an email address and configured delivery, so do not rely on receiving one. Submitting a request does not mean staff have accepted it or guarantee a response time.

Open Billing and choose Manage subscription and payment method to cancel. If you cannot access the controls, contact us. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first charge; after a paid period begins, cancellation takes effect at its end. Authorized users retain read and export access to saved article and case history for at least 90 days after service ends, subject to lawful deletion and security or legal restrictions.
