Test chat with your saved content

Start a test

1. Save the article changes you want to test.
2. Open test chat from the editor or an authenticated saved preview.
3. Choose Start test.
4. Ask questions to check the answers against your saved content.

Start test takes a snapshot of saved public articles and eligible private guidance. Staff-only content is excluded.

Check later edits

An existing test does not pick up later changes automatically. Save your edits and restart the test to use an updated snapshot.

A test is not publication or activation. Public changes still require publishing, and private guidance still requires its separate review and enabling process.

What a test creates

Tests use provider capacity, but they are not customer conversations, cases or human requests.
