Add your material in Assistant
Use Assistant to add source links and documents, answer questions and request work on your help content. You can add sources during onboarding or later.
| Source type | Supported formats |
|---|---|
| Documents and data | PDF, DOCX, PPTX, CSV, XLSX, TXT and Markdown |
| Images | PNG, JPEG and WebP |
You can have up to eight active files, with a maximum of 5 MiB per file and 20 MiB total.
Choose the intended use
The available source uses are Public help, Internal assistant guidance and Staff-only documents. Giving Jifi access to a source does not publish its contents.
Prepare and review articles
- Add the relevant links or files through Assistant and choose their intended use.
- Request the articles or updates you need, and answer any follow-up questions.
- Review source coverage, unanswered questions and extraction problems. A supported file format does not guarantee that every part of the file can be read.
- Review the editable articles or proposed changes. You can steer or pause preparation if the work needs a different focus.
- Have an owner or administrator review and publish approved public changes.
In an empty workspace, prepared drafts may save automatically. Existing or operator-edited articles receive review proposals instead. Neither a saved draft nor source access makes content public.
