Monthly price and included allowances
Our advertised offer is $99 USD per month plus taxes for one company and help center, with no per-seat charge. Check Billing and Checkout for your accepted price and payment details before authorizing payment.
| Included each subscription period | Allowance |
|---|---|
| AI-assisted conversations | 1,000 |
| Company-assistant preparation and maintenance tasks | 200 |
The same allowances apply during the trial. Allowances renew each subscription period and do not roll over. There are no automatic overage charges.
Start a free trial
Eligible companies receive a 30-day free trial after completed payment setup. A verified email address and card are required. Payment setup is required before preparation work that incurs costs; card-free preparation is not part of standard public signup. Billing and Checkout show trial eligibility, the first-charge date and the amount due before authorization. Accepting terms alone does not authorize payment.
Monthly renewal follows the trial unless you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Each eligible company can receive one trial; recreating a company does not provide another trial.
If onboarding problems prevent you from getting started, contact us to request an extension review. Extensions are not automatic.
How AI-assisted conversations are counted
The first successful AI reply starts a 24-hour window in one case, covering up to 50 successful AI replies. A later window or a new subscription period starts a new usage unit. Failed replies, retries and human-only messages do not add units.
Check usage and limits
Billing shows usage and warnings. Allowance or provider limits can pause new AI work. At an AI usage limit, published help remains available and human continuation can still take place.
If you need a deliberate capacity increase, contact us rather than expecting an automatic overage charge.
